I'm excited about this year's Arts Grant program.   Its just opened, and we have been allotted even more money for grants by Steeringman from the BURN funds.

SantaKong 2011 ROCKED!!

I had a blast - there was a great turnout - we had elves, wisemen, a gorilla-claus; Ms. Claus, Santas, a toy soldier, a Christmas Reaper (think "Ghosts of Christmas Death"??), an Ice Queen, and even Jesus Himself showed up.

Yesterday, I was privileged to have the chance to contribute to the

cleanup efforts for the Friends of the Chicago River Cleanup Day up at

Lincoln Village Shopping Center
