Dark Nebula camp
Reservations: Send an email to Marci register to your spot: veganinblack (at) gmail.com - include what you need delivered to BRC in your email, Name, phone, where you are camping and when you will be arriving and leaving the playa.
Payment: Cash or money order only, no paypal, checks or credit cards. Stop by Framing Mode & Gallery at 1526 S Wabash, 312 566 0027, with your payment and we will give you a receipt that ensures your spot on the truck.
Rates (round trip): Large (45 gal.) Sterilites $100, Bikes $100, Special Rate - $375 for 4 bins or bikes; Large/Heavy items priced according to size/weight. No perishable or loose items please.
* Chicago Drop-off: Sun. Aug. 19 from 1pm to 4pm. Location TBA - most likely at the Bridgeport Art Center at 35th St and Racine.
* Playa pick-up/drop-off: Dark Nebula will be on the Esplanade at 3:45 see https://www.facebook.com/darknebulabrc for info.
* Return pickup date: Sunday, September 9th from 1pm to 4pm.
Remember your items need to be packed the same way to and from the playa. We will not accept garbage bags from the playa. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please remember that we have to stack the bins, they can be heavy but within reason.

CobraBus (Camp Cobra)
We're taking sterilite bins, bicycles and odd size freight. As of now we have lots of room for bicycles, room for bins and other freight is limited.
Rates (Round trip): Bicycles and 40(ish) gallon sterilite bins - $100. Pay in full before August 19th drop off date and receive a 5% discount on your entire fee. Will have to see odd size freight to quote it. No shipping of anything illegal.
Drop off date in Chicago: Sunday August 19th.
Pick up date in Chicago: Sunday September 16th.

Extra Service: For an additional fee Heather is offering a "bicycle decompression and restoration" for those that ship with us! This is a bicycle cleaning service to get the playa off your bike. What you get is a double wash cycle for your entire bike, first with vinegar, second with soap and water. Then a scrub to your chain and sprockets to get the playa out and finally lubricate chain with tri-flow. Heather does all this for only $20 and your bike will be ready to go by the pick up date!
