The Teknosis Audio Burning Man 2009 Freight Delivery Schedule and Rates

Once again I will be delivering freight to the playa. This is my fifth year and I have logged over 16,000 miles driving trucks to and from Burning Man. Due to increased volume I will be renting a BIG truck this year instead of taking my green truck Vickie.

Details:

• Load in is all day Sunday the 23th and until noon Monday the 24th. These dates subject to change slightly.Load in will be at a parking lot near Grand and Damen. Contact me for exact location (see contact details at the bottom of this page)
• We arrive in Reno Thursday night and get a hotel.
• We get supplies: fresh fruits, veggies, bread and water Friday morning at Whole Foods Reno.
• We arrive on the playa around noon Friday. I will be with camp Arachnophobia near Esplanade and center camp.
• FUN FUN FUN FUN
• We load the truck Sunday and Monday the 6th and 7th.
• We arrive Sunday the 13th back in Chicago.
• PICKUPS will be Sunday and Monday at the same parking lot.
• At each end there will be a day and a half to meet up with me to drop off or get your equipment back.

Rates:

• Bikes - $60
• Tents - $25
• Small to medium boxes - $40
• Large boxes or large Sterilites - $60
• Any other large or miscellaneous items can be accommodated, priced according to how much space it takes up/ how much it weighs.

We can transport your water as well, but we are buying water in Reno.
